A Sacred Space for your Mental Health

Empowering Black & Brown women, queer folx, and allies through trauma-informed, justice-oriented psychotherapy.
Trauma-Informed Care
Considers how stressful life experiences impact the overall wellbeing of an individual and focuses on safety, transparency, collaboration, empowerment, and culturally sensitive responsiveness within the therapeutic relationship.
Decolonized Care
Addresses the invisibility wound by naming and acknowledging the impact colonialism historically and presently has on black, brown, indigenous, LGBTQIAP, and other vulnerable communities and seeks to liberate folx.

Focus & Approach
We provide individual therapy services to treat symptoms associated with C-PTSD/PTSD (childhood abuse/neglect, racial, sexual and work place trauma, environmental stressors/violence), depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, pre-natal/post-partum, identity difficulties, and neurodivergence.

Utilizing approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy, EMDR, somatic experiencing, psychodynamic, interpersonal, internal family systems (IFS parts work), feedback-informed treatment, and attachment frameworks, we are able to guide cleints aligned with LGBTQIA+, single and first time mothers, adults of divorced parents, BIPOC, survivors of abuse, and first generation immigrant identities toward a greater sense of wellbeing.
