I'm so glad you're here.

Whatever has brought you to this point of either seeking therapy for the first time, transitioning providers or overall just trying again, I'm glad you made it.

I am very passionate about working with clients who have survived trauma throughout the lifespan. This can be a slow moving process beginning with the establishment of safety and trust. As we learn more about our symptoms and coping skills are built, I begin guiding you through your experiences at a pace that keeps you emotionally regulated. Trauma therapy requires commitment, patience, and a willingness.
I use an individualized approach and combine embodiment techniques with parts work and psychodynamics to better help you gain insight into yourself and release unhelpful narratives, beliefs and stuck emotions. I also consider the intersectionalities of identities while doing so with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens.
I will walk alongside you, I will provide a safe space needed to explore your healing journey, I will provide guidance and support, and empower you to make the changes.
